Legal Disclaimer

OK, I really hate to have to do this but there have been questions raised about possible use of my work in a way that does not fall under the Fair Use copyright law of the United States.  So, officially, here’s my standing on all of my work.  My Star Trek, Star Wars and any other work that I produce that is based on material for which others hold copyrights and trademarks is to be used freely.  You are free to view and distribute it all you want.  My work is not endorsed or affiliated with any copyright/trademark holders.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is ANY of my work to be used in a commercial way.  Star Trek and all related things are copyright/trademark CBS/Paramount Pictures.  Star Wars and all related things are copyright/trademark LucasFilm and Twentieth Century Fox.  If you go behind my back and use my work in a way that the copyright/trademark holders don’t like and they decide to sue you, that’s on you.  Don’t say that you got permission from me because you did not.

On the occasion where I might do my own work, not based on any previously copyrighted work, I will hold the copyrights under US Copyright law that protects any and all art from the time of its creation.  Such works will contain copyright notices.

So, basically, by all means use my work.  Use it for your desktop, your website, print it out and put it on your walls, if that pleases you.  Just don’t use it in any commercial endeavors whatsoever.  Also, please don’t remove the credits from my work.  While I obviously don’t hold the copyrights for previously copyrighted works, I do deserve to be credited as the source of the work, as I will never be paid for any of this work, it is all strictly a labor of love endeavor.
